Today was the first day back in the gym since Wednesday. Remind me to never do that again! Mondays and Fridays are legs and glutes well I've been slacking so today was full of squats and I'm pretty sure I was walking out of the gym a little funny. I'm already sore!! I love it!! Cheers to muscles soreness! Can't wait to go for a real run tonight. Wish me luck it's cold ~Mamas Runnin~
