I've been hard at work

So it's almost been a week since my last entry but that does not mean I haven't been hard at work. Let me get you up to speed on what I've been up to. We last left off with me raving about how much I love Herbalifes Post workout recovery shake, Rebuild Strength. Well Friday I got legs and glutes in. I was so excited to use my new ankle strap for cable kick backs. Loved it!!! Saturday was a much needed of day. But Sunday I was back in the gym hitting it hard with my husband. We did chest and I finished off my workout with a 2 mile run. It felt fantastic. Monday I worked out late but whooped my own ass with glutes and legs again. I work them out twice a week. Gotta get it right get it tight. I started with a 7 min. bike warm up, then went straight into my workout. I fell in love with the Smith Machine all over again. I mastered a new squat and here it is two days later and my cheeks are still hurting! #WINNING. I didn't make it back to the gym yesterday for shoulders so it looks like ill be doing shoulders today and getting a good run in. Wish me luck ~Mamas Runnin~
